Interview was virtual which required me to record myself answering questions for a maximum of 3 times per questions. Questions were easy ans centred around customer service. If you are uncomfortable with such interviews, it can get quite difficult to be confident and comfortable while answering questions.

I Handed in resume and was scheduled for an interview the same week. I also did complete the online video interview before hand. Staff is pretty laid back and chill.
