The interview process for an Account Manager role at Uber typically includes a recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, behavioral and sales-focused rounds, case study/presentation, and final leadership interviews over 2–6 weeks.

3 interview stages. The final interview felt cold and robotic, with very little engagement, and they couldn’t clearly explain the team structure, KPIs, or processes. An extensive case study was required beforehand, but the hiring manager hadn’t reviewed it until I reminded them during the interview. On the positive side, the talent acquisition team was great throughout: organised, smooth process, and very clear on expectations. After spending hours to complete a case study and prepare for every single interview I got rejected.
