Trade Me send you an email to do a technical assessment (no phone call). The assessment is quite involved so you will spend many hours on it.
If you are unsuccessful you will receive a generic email saying you have been unsuccessful. no phone call, no feedback of areas to improve.
Understand its a big company with many job applications but I feel this is very poor on their behalf and I hope their processes improve.
