Interview
The interview process consisted of five stages: Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager, Manager +1, Manager +2, and HRBP. Overall, the process was well-organized and seamless, with clear communication and timely scheduling between each round. Every interviewer was professional and provided a positive candidate experience throughout the process. However, after the final interview, I did not receive any updates despite following up. It was only after my second direct follow-up that I finally received a response regarding the outcome.

Situational: MBTI, what if a new solution been promoted and u need to convince the client, marketing full funnel story, etc.
Your working style: conflict with team mem, prefer which type of working.

Interview
The process spanned almost 3 months - the recruiting team is terrible at scheduling things fast enough. They try to get a million people in these interviews, which makes it super difficult to get something in the books fast enough. My interview was rescheduled like 3-4x. The case study also doesn’t make sense - it is unnecessarily too long.

Interview
The organizer did not attend the original interview, and when it was rescheduled, I was interviewed for a different role than the one I applied for. The interviewer seemed agitated throughout, and communication stopped afterwards with no follow-up.
