Sulzer Manager interview questions

Two rounds of interviewing, The first interviews was 30 minutes. Both with a recruiting manager after passing the first, a PPT with 3 case studies. The second was set for 1 hr and lasted 2 hrs. I have not heard back from them even after sending emails 2 weeks later about the situation. I found this a lack of being professional from HR and the recruiting manager.
