Square Yards Management Trainee interview questions

My interview was online where there was one person who asked few questions like-Tell me about yourself, what exactly do in your job profile, explain it, your strength and weakness, why do you want to change your job, do you think you are fit in this profile, why do you hire you, etc

I had reached the Noida office for interview having told that I had an offer for management trainee and assured that the position and CTC both could be negotiated yet the HR specifically offered business development executive role and less CTC which were not as per my current profile.
