Springer Nature interview questions

The first stage was a screening call with HR, followed by an assessment, and then a panel interview with the hiring team. The communication with HR was great up until the panel interview. I was told I'd hear back by a certain date, but I didn't, and they haven't responded to my follow-up email either. It's a little disheartening and unprofessional to be ghosted after committing so much of my time interviewing for this role.
