Fast and easy. Got called for the interview, went in and was asked very basic questions. The entire process took about 10 to 15 minutes. Got the job a day later.

I'd like to start by saying I was offered the job, for a higher salary than I even negotiated during the interview. However, this review is for the interview experience which left a lot to be desired. I was shocked no questions were asked about my experience, background, how I would handle situations, or even my personality. The sole questions were "I assume you have experience in these areas based on your resume. Do you have any prior commitments? What is your availability?" I attempted to ask questions, but the interview was abrupt. When I received a phone call with offer the next day, I declined and was told they had no other options. I would have liked to felt valued because I brought something to the table rather than being a number and the only option.

Very short and sweet, needed more information about the job and expectations. Was offered a higher job than had applied for without much inquiry on my past jobs. Other than that it was very standard questions and just explaining how the business operated.
