Very simple and easy. More of a conversation than an interview. Don’t sweat it at all and just be yourself. It’s a seasonal job but totally worth it and not an everyday hassle.

Really casual, have a list of questions we ask. Basic, situational questions that could pertain to anything. Answers can be school, work, or even friendship related. If management likes you, you'll get an on-the-spot hire. If not, they won't call you back. Most of the time, if they call you for an interview, they'll probably hire you since they wouldn't call anyone in if they didn't need anyone. Best advice is to be friendly and smile a lot.
