Spark New Zealand interview questions

Applied online. Phone screening, follower by a 3 interviews. One casual tell us about you experience, followed by a case study interview and finally a culture fit interview. Overall the interview process was good, however it was a bit slow.

The interviewer surprised me at the beginning by asking "where are you from". Red flag it is. Then this person asked subjective, not job-related questions with perception, instead of my capability. I lost motivation at that point. They should really put someone properly trained across the table.
