Sandfield Associates Senior Software Developer interview questions

TLDR; wasted hours of my time then ghosted me 1st interview was in-person, should have been a call. Many cultural red flags throughout. Literally just a room full of developers with managers who used to be developers. Actively bristled and gave a sarcastic response when I asked about their software development life cycle. Overall impression is they are well and truly stuck in the late 90s. Nevertheless I progressed to stage 2, the take home task. Only it was 3 tasks clearly aligned to real work - free labour alert.
