Samsung Electronics Technical Support Engineer interview questions

No Direction. Poor Instructions, company has switched managers since the beginning of process. Definitely not worth the hassle. They have told me different things, and none have been accurate. They kept rescheduling the interview.

I don't understand why they sent a woman from the Middle East to interview me for a job in Italy. During the interview, she mostly focused on introducing the position and the company instead of asking me questions about myself. At the end of the interview, she asked about my Italian language certification, but I was born in Italy and never thought to obtain one since I never needed it. Nevertheless, they refused me because I couldn't provide an Italian language certification, even though the interview was conducted in English. Overall, I was confused by their disastrous management. It is absolutely ridiculous to ask a person born in Italy to provide written certification to prove their Italian language level.
