Great experience with the interview process. They reached out to me after seeing my resume on indeed. Had two phone interviews and have an in person interview to follow up.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panorama (Washington, DC) in Feb 2024
Interview
Applied and received request for phone screen with recruiter that included some interview questions. After submitting the application, it took about three weeks to hear about the initial phone screen. Recruiter seemed nice and within a few days of the phone screen, was prompt about notifying that I was not selected to move forward to the next phase.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panorama (Marbella) in Nov 2016
Interview
Very tedious and old-fashioned, expecting the candidate to beg for the position. Gave several assignments as a test, to judge my performance - which took around 4 hours to complete.
First interview took over 2 hours, in the supposed final interview with the father, I never received a clear offer. Instead of making progress, he reverted back to the same questions and hoop-jumping as in the tediously long first interview.
Quizzing my memory every now and then, asking to recall details from the first meeting. i.e. "What did my son tell you regarding the salary?" [Reply] "And what else?" [Reply] "Yes, but what else?"
When I directly asked what the salary will be, the response was "When you decide to work with us, then we'll tell you."
The owner asked what was the salary in my previous employment, when I refused to disclose that information, he was unhappy with my resolve and still kept trying to pry.

Question 1
If we hire you [a woman] and at some point you decide to start a family, can you guarantee that you'll come back to work? I don't want to invest in someone, who will then quit to be a stay-at-home mother.
