NZ Care Disability CSW interview questions

A bit odd... ushered into a room, and asked to fill out a what-if series of questions, to determine your thoughts on culture, disabilities etc. At all times, you gained the impression that the job was yours, provided you met the police check requirements (which I did). This is because staff turnover is so high, and also because many Kiwis do not want to do such difficult demanding work for the low pay involved. Look, there are some nice people in the organisation, but I think their hands are tied by the pharmaceutical industry, which has a terrible reputation worldwide for looking after staff. Profits and covering their backs legally are the main drivers.
