      Interview

I applied for a Store Manager position, had initial screen call with People & Culture, completed online survey then was contacted to say that Michael Hill dosnt employ Store Managers from outside the company, and it went internally.I then called by people & culture aprox. 3 weeks later to see if i was intrested in an interview with the regional manager, which i did and it went well...... i never heard a word back , not by a phone call or an email. Whats really disappointing from the few companies i had applied for positions - each and every company got back to me within a reasonable timeframe with feedback. I would never recommend Michael Hill- but communication, overall , lack of respect for my time.

You do an online test, get a high score and proceed to personal interview. First with a recruiter and the with the regional and then with the current store manager to see staff and environment. Work as an assistant and then move to a location as manager.
