McConnell Dowell interview questions

Interview in person. Interview arranged with 1 weeks notice to all attendees. Was due to be interviewed by Construction Manager and Structures Manager. Construction manager did not turn up and no apology from that manager who could have joined by Teams but didn't. Interviewer was the Structures manager who didn't bother to contact Construction manager to find out why they were not attending and "apologised" on their behalf. No organisation chart shown as to how the role fitted into the project, no drawings presented to show extent of works. Generic rote interview questions devoid of specifics. Was told at end of interview that a second one would be forthcoming only to be informed by email the next day that it would not progress any further.
