It was a staged recruitment process involving several trips to Wellington. After applying online I waited several week to hear back, I was then invited to do some online psychometric testing and various other tests, some assessing how I perceived 3d objects moving through space. Weeks after that I received a letter asking me to attend more testing in Wellington - It was more testing in the same vein as the online stuff. Then weeks later, again, I was asked to attend an assessment centre, consisting of a round robin panel of events: Interview, Presentation, Role Play and Aptitude testing. About 2 months later I was offered a position, however, I had to really chase them to actually get an employment contract sent to me.
