Interview
Technical Round all PLM Windchill related Q's asked it went very well . Immediately got call the round is clear. And there will be Hiring manager round not technical next day Hiring round was also good but very lame reason given for not proceeding PLM project gap which they could have reviewed before only before shortlisting or arranging technical round. That too I waited for 2 days from HR and after calling for update HR said due to PLM project gap Hiring manager is not certain if I can manage or not any project follows a standarad scrum agile process for a solution architect providing solutions to client, getting requirement details and end to end implementation, smooth operation, production releases matters the most.
