I was interviewed by 2 charge nurses, they took turns in asking me questions. I did this through zoom. It was a great experience despite myself being so nervous as they were really friendly.

receive an email from HR telling you when your interview will be. they give you a question in the email to discuss for your interview. when you arrive to interview, you are put in a group discussion so they can see your behavioural skills and how you interact with others. then take you into a room for an individual interview with 2 charge nurses.

Interview
It was an interview panel of 5 people through phone call as my clinical placement was faw away from the work place. Also, it was on lockdown due to Covid restrictions.

Describe a common dialysis complication and how to manage it. Hypotension. Recheck blood pressure, if low on second check turn UF off and give bolus if symptomatic.
