I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever in May 2026
Interview
I applied for the role online and the recruiter reached out within a couple of weeks. She briefed me on the role and then asked me basic questions in the first round. I then had three more interviews with a variety of panel members including a case study and presentation. A point to note is that after the third round, the recruiter ghosted me for two weeks on the pretext of 'busy schedule' and then reached out with information for an additional round. After this round, the recruiter again ghosted me and it has been 4 weeks since. Even after countless follow-ups on email, I have not received a response from them. I believe this is quite unprofessional from their end, especially for a candidate who has spent countless hours preparing for the interview and has already participated in four rounds.

I interviewed at Foundever (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
A recruitment agency contacted me about the role at Foundever.
Then they organised a 30 minute interview. The role required a fluent German speaker, and I am fluent in German and have worked many years in professional large corporate companies in the German / Austrian offices - in 100% German speaking environments. The interviewer only spoke English and is unable to speak any other languages and does not speak a word of German. The interviewer (VP of Transformation) - who is new in his role - did not ask me about my German speaking ability or German experience in this 30 minute interview. He talked for 20 minutes of the interview then asked if I had worked on anything similar. I explained similar projects I have worked on. Afterwards, I was told that by the recruiter that I had not been selected for a second interview for this reason: "unfortunately he didn’t feel your German was as strong as he needs it to be in comparison to other candidates he spoke with". How could this interviewer possibly assess my German when he does not speak a word of German, and did not ask me about my German speaking skills? What a bizarre, odd, unfair, and unprofessional outcome of meeting with this man. It has given an appallingly unprofessional impression of Foundever. I thought it seemed like a good company. However, after this unprofessional, ridiculous feedback from someone who does not speak a work of German, I will be avoiding this company like the plague. What a bizarre and unprofessional man. I am curious to know how he assessed my German speaking ability when he does not speak a word of anything except English?
I don't normally leave reviews - but this was so unprofessional of Steve Stinson, the interviewer, that it had to be done.
Also - at the end of the interview - he said the role was not even signed off, there was no approval, and he had no idea about the procurement process. I've seen how these "live roles" end - they use up a lot of many candidates' time with multiple interviews - then HR / Procurement pulls the role, because the "right procedures" were not followed. Thereby, wasting everyone's time.
What a waste of time, and what a rude and unprofessional way to treat a candidate.

Have you worked on similar projects (to the ones described)
It was great and smooth. Recruiter was very attentive throughout the interview process and even after that. Hiring manager was very cooperative as well. It was overall good experience. The compensation package was good too.
