EverCommerce interview questions

Not too bad asked standard questions that one would expect when they would potentially be taking an interview. The questions were fairly standard for a phone screen initial interview like many people have definitely seen before.

I was contacted through my LinkedIn profile by a recruiter from EverCommerce. They liked my background and asked if I would be interested in an EA role they are hiring for. I applied for the position through their website per their request and submitted my resume to the recruiter as well. I interviewed with the recruiter. Was then scheduled to interview with an EverCommerce employee. The employee did not show up in the zoom interview, instead the recruiter did to tell me they went with a different candidate. Complete waste of my time. SUPER FRUSTRATING! You contacted me and then you waste my time by interviewing me and then having me schedule another interview whom the person didn't show and I had to waste time getting ready for the interview. Can't stand the "wishy washy" environment we are living in today in America. Don't waste peoples time, I'm a human and my time deserves more respect. I hightly suggest not wasting your time with this company if you are applying to work for them.
