I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Employsure (Sydney) in Jan 2022
Interview
Three or four-step process, virtual interviews with typical questions (future aspirations, career highlights, why do you want this job).
I noticed that almost all the people I spoke to until the Regional Manager were very young for their seniority and when asked said that they've been in the role for a short time.
Only spoke with one person (at the end), who had been with Employsure for more than 1 year, but everyone I spoke with had changed roles multiple times over the past year which I thought was concerning.
You have an initial phone screen, if you pass that then you get a second interview with Talent Acquisition, if you pass that you get a third interview with a Team Leader and if you pass that you get a final interview with State Manager.

Question 1
What made you decide to pursue a career in employment relations?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Employsure (Sydney) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview was a 3 step detailed process. First it began with an approx. 45 minute phone interview, followed by a 2 hour group interview and lastly, a 45 minute final round interview, over the space of roughly 3 months. I was able to speak with numerous Employsure Employees along the way who were/are all passionate about what Employsure does which was really refreshing and reiterated to me why I wanted to be apart of the Employsure Team. To describe the entire interview process in 3 words, it'd be: authentic, communicative and organised.
