Downer Internship interview questions

Lengthy interview that was 4.5 hours long. They did 2 group activities and a 10 minute interview then waited for our personal interview. They also asked quite intrusive questions which seemed out of the norm for an interview. The interviewer also couldn’t answer my question about what we would be doing as an intern and didn’t know what the difference between structural and civil is.

Had to do a video interview and an assessment centre. Both were reasonably standard and not too hard. Assessment centre had three sections; interview, group situational theory and health and safety.
