It was very fair and the questions were to be expected from this role. The staffing agency did take a long time so keep this in mind. Basic questions testing knowledge on the CLO space

What is the difference between XLOOKUP and VLOOKUP?
The interview will be 2 rounds total, 1 round is on site interview and 2 is excel test.
for the excel, just the regular function. the test is also on site.

Interview
Over the phone or in person depending on COVID restrictions. There is also a test for MS Word and Excel as well that is very easy to complete. This is to gauge basic competency.
