DataCom Service Desk Agent interview questions

Invited to a Teams group interview with 3 other candidates. Different questions are asked to each person. Screening questions, why this company, past experience etc. Went pretty quick, around 15minutes. Then invited on a Panel interview with IT team lead and supervisor. Questions were more based on the role; asked about customer service, situations within IT (troubleshooting). If successful, they ask for documents and references through xref.
