I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England)
Interview
Don’t think they know what they want. The interviewer sounded clueless and didn’t really know what to say to my answers. Very dull. Also bad reviews from friends who work their, lots of layoffs and not much career progression

Why did you apply
Why Conde Nast
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
Because the position reported to three different editors, I first interviewed with each by phone, and then in person. This was followed by a fairly long edit test that asked about story heds I would edit, writers I'd like to see writing for the magazine, and stories in the media I've found to be important recently.

Question 1
What is one thing I'd read in the specific magazine recently that I enjoyed.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Condé Nast (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
You'll meet with 3 different people. The interviews are very sterile and straight forward. I didn't get any sense whether or not I did well until I was eventually called and offered the position.
