Question 1

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Beca (Auckland, Auckland) in Jun 2020
Interview
It was very casual and they quickly put you at ease. The interviewers asked some typical interview questions and also some others which draw on your past experiences and values. They made it seem like more of a conversation than an interview, which was nice and reduces anxiety. Would be good to research the company beforehand so you can bring in their values and previous projects.
