BNP Paribas interview questions

Applied online, heard back in about two weeks. Process was three rounds: HR phone screen, a technical/case interview, then a panel with two managers. Overall a positive experience. Interviewers were professional and well prepared. First call was straightforward — motivation, why BNP, why this team. Second round had a market/risk case and some CV deep-dives; they push on details so know your numbers. Final panel was more behavioral, with a few curveballs on how you handle pressure. Pace was a bit slow between stages and communication could've been quicker, but recruiter was responsive when chased.

1st round was an HR Screening, all questions were all about past experiences and going over academics that overlapped with the role. It was about 15-20 minutes over teams with the HR campus recruitment.
