AKQA interview questions

First round was a chat with head of recruitment, very informal and felt comfortable. Second was an interview with the Strategy Director, again just a conversation with nothing to prepare. Then radio silence despite multiple requests for an update. The only comms I got after this was a request for feedback on the interview process which was a joke.

I have had 1 interview with the recruiter. Even though their range was quite outside mine (and way below market standards for the role), I was promised that they would check in with the hiring manager, so see if they can come at least midway, but they have been neglecting to follow up (aka ghosting). In the same interview, the recruiter seemed to be aware of the salaries my current employer is offering, and proceeded to complain that it would also be great if they had the same level of pay. I found it quite unprofessional and off-putting. The role and company still seem interesting to me, but the treatment towards the candidates is not good.
