I was recently terminated from DHL. HR refuses to pay me for my last week of work there. What avenues can I pursue to receive my final paycheck? I know this is not the right "bowl" to post this in, please forgive me I'm new to this app

For anyone who has unlimited PTO, do you find it's actually a benefit? Or is it impossible to actually use it?

I have always been a very lazy/demotivated person. I don’t workout, I don’t read, I don’t eat healthy. I just sleep all day on weekends. I have become a little more active since getting in a relationship, but that too has its upper limit. Work keeps me busy during the weekdays, but there as well I don’t feel the urge to give my best, and instead look for alternate careers that can get me into a “flow” state (not found yet). Do you have any recommendations on how to live a better life? I am 36.

I wish there were recourse for false advertising in job posts. I just started a position that promised no weekend work, and here I am replying to emails on the weekend. Have you ever accepted a role listed as weekdays only, only to later be asked to work weekends? How do you confront this, and does it affect your perception of the role or company?
