I had my performance review recently and my manager says I'm doing great, that he will try to get me max. bonus even though budget is tight.... I see posts of people getting into OpenAi and I feel I lack the variety of experience to even apply to such companies... Should I take a risk and go into the Startup world?
My team just spent a ton of time interviewing for a software engineering position and right before we put an offer out the headcount got axed. Super frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time that we all dedicated to the process. Anyone else deal with something like this?
