Benefits package was average. I felt like they offered what they had to and not much more. The health insurance company used was difficult to deal with.

Benefits is average for the industry. The retirement is above average as it is matched. Minimal sick leave/ vacation. The company cuts hours or does layoffs during the slow season which require most employees to use up their paid time off during that time.
