      Exceptional HR Support One thing that truly stands out about this company is its HR team (Specially Chennai). In many organizations, HR is often limited to policies and processes, but here they genuinely care about employees and go above and beyond to help when needed. During my onboarding process, the HR team was extremely supportive and proactive. They took ownership of issues, guided me through every step, and ensured a smooth experience. It’s rare to find an HR team that is so approachable and committed to employee success. Pros: Outstanding HR support, employee-centric culture, smooth onboarding experience, approachable leadership.
