      Pros

      There are always fun events and a well-stocked fridge. Good salary. Good people who have a long tenure and commitment to making the company grow. Flexible hours 4 annual weeks and additional 1 after 5 years. Love my team. Trust in working through Christmas- no shutdown period. Flexibility during summer months to work remotely.

      Cons

      Crossfire office is in the opposite building, would be nice to have all 4 teams in one office. Maybe additional leave or remote or flexibility to work internationally for a temporary period, to encourage overseas travel.
