Pros

They really try to maintain a good company culture, vibrant, engaging, fair. Great place to be if things work out for you.

Cons

If you are after only latest fancy cloud and tech. maybe try elsewhere; however, if you can take your time, could be well worthed to see where it is headed and the journey has nice, smart people around too. The blameless culture mostly works, it can feel a bit clichee / bubble at times - "reach out to the team, it will be all right, don't worry" but reaching out might not always be the answer - now of course, learning from mistakes involves acknowledgement and "judging", at least a bit, is just human nature - Pushpay still rounds up nicely people personal values into company ones and you can count that fedback will be constructive and mostly helpfull too.

Pros

Nice equipment, nice office, a lot of good people, although a lot of them are leaving.

Cons

* Management asked the Auckland office to fill in positive Glassdoor reviews a while back to help address the image problems. * Very high turn over. * Forced merriment - twice-weekly meetings where you have to cheer and clap. * They play "Everything is Awesome" from the Lego movie at these meetings. * Refusal to talk about problems, because "Everything is Awesome", no problems in this paradise. * Management makes technical decisions, not open/available to discuss their rationale. These people will wear you down and throw you out.

We work hard to be an open, honest culture of continuous feedback, so I'm sorry to hear that you felt unable to talk about some problems while you were here. While I wasn't there when the request was made to leave a review, I do know that our position is we do not ask for positive reviews. Instead, we ask for staff to give honest insight into their experience at Pushpay to help candidates know what it's like to work here. To speak to some of your comments, we did move away from the two meetings per week about a year ago based on staff feedback. We do continue to maintain a culture of celebrating success, and more importantly, each other, so clapping is still a part of this. People are at the center of everything we do - from those who make up our organisation to the many customers and communities who get to be on the receiving end of increased generosity. We recognise that Pushpay wouldn't exist without our people, and we'll continue to foster an environment in which people come first, are valued, and celebrated. We wish you the best.
