The company is in a huge growth phase, which is great because it offers lots of opportunities. Very exciting business to be part of and I feel very lucky to be working for them. They really care about their employees, everyone has a voice and they are improving benefits.

Cons

Being in a growth phase, comes with change and lots of hard work, which is not for everyone. I enjoy seeing the company grow and being part of that success is worth it.
