Pros

I had the pleasure of working at Gallup for four years, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best companies I have ever been a part of. Throughout my 18-year career, I have worked for many organizations, but Gallup's culture and people were exceptional, making it easy for me to stay for over four years. I started as an SDR and was promoted three times in my four years at the company, which is a testament to the potential for growth and career advancement if you perform well. The company's emphasis on the Strengths Science approach made me feel like I wasn't just working for a paycheck, but instead was part of a mission to create a world that celebrates diversity and uniqueness. One of the things I appreciate most about my time at Gallup was the family-like atmosphere of the workplace. The people I worked with were some of the most supportive, caring, and intelligent individuals I have ever met. It was a pleasure to come to work each day and work alongside such talented colleagues. Overall, my time at Gallup was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and engaging work environment where they can grow professionally and personally.

Cons

The only downside I experienced was the limited support offered by the company for relocation, even within the organization. Unfortunately, this was a significant factor in my decision to leave the company when I relocated from New Zealand to Australia.

Pros

This is not your typical corporate company. There is a lot of emphasis on individuality right from the selection process. Onus is entirely on you on how successful you want to be. The company has great research and data to back its principles and philosophies

Cons

None that come to mind
