Rampant Bullying - Checkout Operator PAK'nSAVE Employee Review

middle management are probably the most vile bullying narcissistic people i have ever worked for in my life Consistently berated & bullied me over non existent matters to the point where i felt physically and mentally sick all the time and didn't want to come into work most days I’m currently battling with health issues and one supervisor went on a 20 minute rant saying said I don't know what I'm talking about and I have to come into work despite the fact that I'm ill? God forbid I put my health over work. Many of of my coworkers feel the same way i have felt but many are too scared to speak up in fear of reprisals One girl reported that she was being bullied by our supervisors unfortunately for her the bullying increased to the point that she quit she was only there a month and management did nothing about it For many that work there it's their first job, their first foray into working world and the impressions & experiences that these people will gain will stick with them for their entire lives no one should be treated this way especially if it's their first time working They plaster 100% NZ owned on their stores and adverts as if that's supposed to mean something? My local countdowns treat their employees better - No Union - Rampant Bullying (Across Many Departments) - No staff benefits or discounts - Poor Pay (Many who have worked there for years are still getting paid minimum wage)
