Good opportunity to gain experience and develop skills quickly. Supportive colleagues who were willing to help.

Pay was, in my experience, below industry standards. The work environment often felt stressful and, at times, toxic. No pantry or proper break area for employees. Management culture, in my view, lacked support and effective communication. High turnover made it difficult to build stable teams.
