Pros
Good packages but is money everything you are looking for ? How about sustainablitiy , Career growth, respect and most importantly a learning organization where you can learn more to add values to your skills & gain experiance that helps you to be worthy to the next employer ? not into all that ? then go work in Emaar.
Cons
They hire you for your experiance hoping you will apply it as they don't have a proper culture & values, turn over is high, Lots of challenges you will face , most of current & ex employees of Emaar properties speaks negative of it (check within your network), go and ask any employee at any of their properties about their value card and only 5% wil be carrying it ....that's how weak their values are.
