No guidance from board levels or senior management. They chop and change at moments notice without understanding previous polices and decisions, thus creating delays internally and then blame employees for not meeting targets. So basically no real foresight or planning by board level.
At project level no real leadership just sort it out by your self, and please don't ask too many questions it will show your weakness and senior management will pick at you more and belittle you.
Yes it is a blame culture. Hire and then fire revolving door. Senior management Rule through fear. Not exactly productive or provide self esteem for employees to do well. Oh if you do well no recognition at all. Damed if you do, damed if you don't.
I spent 10 months under going this treatment and I am mentally exhausted. I am used working under a lot pressure has I built lots of acute hospitals and renovated them with patients, however emaar senior management is something else bully tactics are used too frequently, you cannot work under this stress constantly.
No bonuses, just work harder and longer with no assistance. Standard working hours are 60+ , plus some weekends. And no overtime. Ramadan is the same hours by the way if your not Muslim. If you have a family please reconsider before joking emaar seriously.
