Pros

Over the past year, EROAD has undergone a powerful transformation. With Co-CEO David K (also CRO) and CEO Mark leading the organization, the company reignited its culture with passion, urgency, accountability, and a clear vision for growth. It has been refreshing to be part of a company that is not standing still but actively driving forward. David K brought fire, commercial drive, and the belief that winning is not optional. He led with intensity, curiosity, and humility, a rare mix. He sat with teams, learned from the ground up, and motivated people to lift their standards. His departure is felt deeply because of the genuine impact he had on culture and performance. Mark, our remaining CEO, provides the continuity, stability, and authenticity that keeps the organization grounded. He understands the DNA of EROAD and leads with clarity and care. While David accelerated our pace, Mark ensures we stay aligned, focused, and maintain momentum. What Truly Stands Out: Leadership that listens and engages, not just directs A culture that balances passion with care Real transformation is not just words but measurable change A place where performance is recognized and supported On Negative Reviews As with any transformation, not everyone is comfortable with change or rising expectations. Some negative reviews come from individuals reacting emotionally when performance is challenged or roles are impacted. This isn't uncommon and it speaks to maturity and mindset. High-performing cultures attract those who want to grow, learn, and contribute. They can feel uncomfortable for those unwilling to adapt or take accountability. Simply put: intelligence, emotional maturity, and resilience matter here. This is a company for people who want to be part of something bigger and not just occupy a role, but drive outcomes.

Cons

No point in looking back, its what we are doing about the future.
