Pros
Great culture, Office staff great to work with. Supportive SLT & HRT, Remuneration is national median for position. Higher than median for field staff.
Cons
Disestablishment of Branch managers put all responsibilities onto Operations. Long hours, work life balance is incredibly one sided - Difficult for a young family. Field staff - not the most reliable bunch, can drag out tasks longer than necessary in attempts to increase hours etc. Field staff Heavy drinking culture - this needs to be addressed immediately, the potential liability for this is extreme. Aging fleet - this is being addressed which is great.
