      Pros

      Whilst call center jobs are what they are, I think Contact really does their best to make enjoyable. Managers are fun, there's casual dress and work events.

      Cons

      I think the cons I experienced were mostly related to the nature of the work and no fault of Contact itself.

      Locations of power stations are rural. Difficult to live in city while working there.
