Pros

Very stable job environment, nobody will fire you unless you explicitly steal money from the company bank. In very rare occurences, underperforming ends in termination of contract. Entry salaries can be higher than the industry average. Benefits offered to employees are at a satisfactory level; shuttle, company car if needed, lunch, sales premiums, health insurance Competition is almost non existent Depending on your position, you might travel up to 40% of your time internationally

Cons

No career planning. You can work for years without a promotion or decent raise There is no corelation between your performance andits effect on your salary. When promoted, the salary increases are limited to 30% maximum. Responsibles and entry level positions are first to be affected during cost cutting. It is a company where German hierarchy and bureaucracy are melted in Turkish chilled nature. New ideas are not welcome at all.
