Great career options, learning and development opportunities, wellness and mental health benefits and there is a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

There were a lot of restructures while I was there, and while it didn't bother me, it was probably the biggest complaint I heard around the office.

Pros

Can buy extra holidays. Sometimes flexible depending on the mood of your manager.

Cons

No job security, AXA is making everyone redundant and outsourcing everything to other companies who don't have the same investment as AXA employees who want to see it do well. The pay is below standard with other companies paying more. Not enough staff to deal with the number of claims causing complaints all the time. A lot of pressure for the remaining staff to work harder to keep up with the workload which causes a lot of mistakes again causing complaints and causing many members of staff to feel sick and overworked. Everyone is burnt out.
