The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Freight Office Agent to join our Auckland team in Penrose. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers—both over the phone and in person.
In this varied role, you’ll handle customer enquiries, assist walk-in clients, and support the day-to-day handling of freight, all while delivering exceptional service.
About you:
You’re confident using computers, communicate clearly and professionally, and take pride in your attention to detail. You bring a proactive, can-do attitude to your work. As some lifting is involved, a good level of physical fitness is beneficial.
What we offer:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week, with potential overtime)
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5:00pm
- Ongoing training, support, and career development opportunities
- Penrose location – onsite parking
