We are a growing security and business specialising in access control integration, electronic locking systems, and we are looking to expand our offerings with residential and commercial locksmith services. Due to increasing demand and several large projects in the pipeline, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Locksmith to join our team.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position involving:
Installation of electronic locks and access control systems
Residential and commercial locksmith work
Door hardware installation, including heavy-duty commercial hardware
Assisting with large-scale security projects
Working independently while also supporting the wider team when required
Our business uses modern job management software, with jobs sent directly to your phone, allowing you to manage your day efficiently and autonomously.
What We're Looking For
You're a qualified locksmith with ideally 2-3 years post apprenticeship experience in New Zealand
Relevant industry experience
Private Security Personnel License
Full New Zealand driver's licence
Strong locksmithing skills across residential and commercial applications
Experience installing door hardware and electronic locking systems
Basic understanding of electrical cabling and access control systems is perfered
Ability to work independently and take ownership of jobs
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
