We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative who is genuinely obsessed with sales, people, psychology, communication, and the transformation that happens when the right prospect makes the right decision.

This role is a proving ground.
You will learn how to open conversations, build trust quickly, ask better questions, listen for real pain, challenge thinking, handle resistance, and move qualified prospects through a sales process with care and discipline.
You will work with warm, marketing-qualified leads who have already engaged with TPB through our content, events, ads, resources, or other marketing assets. Your job is to create a high-quality first experience, understand where they are in their business, and book qualified sales opportunities for our Sales Team.
You will get call reviews, coaching, feedback, training, and the kind of repetition that makes people great.
