About the role

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a range of coatings projects, helping drive performance, consistency, and quality at a national level.

You’ll work closely with clients, lead skilled teams, and coordinate people, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple coatings projects across New Zealand
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and trusted partnerships
• Oversee project scope, programmes, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Manage project claims and commercial requirements accurately and efficiently
• Allocate resources effectively and keep teams aligned to project priorities
• Lead, mentor, and support coatings specialists to deliver their best work
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational standards
• Provide clear, timely reporting to senior leaders and key stakeholders

• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and claims management
